Giorgi is a unique future prospect that can grow into a stretch big role. He uses good fundamentals on both ends of the court, good triple threats under pressure on the wing or in the soft spot. He splits the defense well and is a great floor spacer on offense. He shoots the three ball pretty efficiently as well. He isn’t scared to take it off the bounce and get inside looking for points. He could benefit from becoming a paint protector, timing on rebounds, and strength in the low post.
Highlights
Davis is an athletic scorer that likes to get into space and look for his best shot. He can dribble under pressure and use that to get inside for some nice finishes. Attacks hard, going right often, with good speed and ball control. He should look to work on his outside jump shot and explore a bigger role as a passer, as far as setting up teammates.
Hood was one of the best three-point shooters in the division. A super quick release and the ability to get his feet set just as quickly. Shot quite a bit from the corner, seemed to be his favorite place on offense. He will give good effort defending but needs to work on finding ways to create stops.
Highlights
Wade can flat out shoot the ball well. He is a three-point specialist but that shot can fall from mid-range as well. He is a decent passer, a role that can increase, looking for bigs inside and he plays well in the open court. He needs to work on scoring in the paint, learning how to control his body and getting through contact.
Karcher Karcher TX is a tall, lanky, and smart player. He rebounds the ball decently and makes solid passes. Likes to get the fast break started and can get out in transition after making the outlet. He uses his long wingspan to catch lob passes and get up layups quickly. A smart floor spacer who is vocal talking to teammates and getting them to move around as well. I’d like to see him increase his high post-game and develop a turn and face style of scoring.
