The grassroots season is finally upon us and it's money time for the class of 2025. The players mentioned below are just a few who local fans and college coaches will want to keep tabs on.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874206' first='Reece' last='Craft'] | 6'6 F 2025 PA Hoops Academy HGSL

During an emergent junior season, where he averaged 11.8 points and 6.6 rebounds, Craft played a major role in the Tide winning the PIAA 3A state championship. The 6'6 forward used his traditional big man skills to score with his back to the basket and on drives from the mid/high post. Having played alongside other post players in previous contexts, Craft will have the chance to show what he can do as the lone man in the middle.

[player_tooltip player_id='2352342' first='Daniel' last='Harvey'] | 5'9 G 2025 We-R1 HGSL

Harvey got the keys to the Jag (team) and drove it like he stole it. His penchant for getting two feet in the paint was the engine of their offense. While pushing the tempo and playing on-/off-ball, Harvey displayed a keen sense of when to facilitate and when to get a bucket. The pure point guard isn't well-known outside of the states, but, with his skillset, that should change after the first live period.

[player_tooltip player_id='2395172' first='Ethan' last='Herndon'] | 6'6 F 2025 York Ballers MHC

Earning first team all league honors, Herndon flashed a deep bag from the mid-post. He can put the ball on the deck and create space for his turnaround jumper or convert drives to post-ups then finish through contact for 15 pts/g. Herndon can pull up from deep as well. How he adjusts his game to this ultra talented team from District 3 will be intriguing to track throughout the Spring and Summer.

Nick Parisi | 6'3 G 2025 Philly Revolution HGSL

Parisi took the Catholic League by storm under first-year head coach Ryan Ansel. Leading the Explorers with 20.2 pts/g and achieving 2nd team all-PCL, the 6'2 sniper shot 40% from three (7 attempts/g). His high-volume movement shooting kept them alive and even sparked a couple upsets. Now with Revolution, Parisi has the opportunity to showcase the range of his abilities with a lower usage on offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2352336' first='Jayden' last='Taylor'] | 6'8 F 2025 We-R1 UAA

Though he's been on many people's radars since at least 15U, JT took a huge leap forward as a junior. The rim-running big man was more assertive and aggressive — yet controlled — on both ends. His feel for getting putbacks and punching shots crescendoed in the Warriors upset victory over #1 St. Elizabeth's on the road. With him sliding to his natural position at the 4 for We-R1, they will be one of the favorites on the UAA circuit.

The grassroots season is finally upon us and it's money time for the class of 2025. The players mentioned below are just a few who local fans and college coaches will want to keep tabs on.
