<p class="has-small-font-size">A “Stock Riser” typically refers to a situation where the value/ranking of a player increases significantly over a short period, causing a player's ranking to rise. It is a term often used in financial markets to describe stocks that experience substantial gains. In this case, we are talking about basketball players! The increase in stock is due to various factors such as exceptional play, an impressive post-season run, increased production, positive reports from scouts/coaches, and an optimistic future.</p>
