3. Swansboro (20-1)
Last rank: 3rd
The Pirates have seemingly turned a corner this season as a top squad in the Coastal Conference in the NCHSAA. They’re unbeaten in conference action and have won 19 straight games since losing their first game of the year. Last rank: 5th
The Wolverines have won 12 games and counting as one of Fayetteville’s top teams to keep an eye on. They’re 10-0 in the All-American Conference and Malachi Allen remains a top unsigned senior on the roster to get to know. They’ll face Terry Sanford tonight in a conference rivalry game.
6. Central Davidson (21-1)

The Falcons took another loss to Northeastern in non-conference action as they drop down to the 10th spot in the NCHSAA 3A Power Rankings. They’re a group that defends well but being guard-heavy in the backcourt has proven a bit detrimental to their overall success against bigger squads.
