Price’s breakout game came at Flyin’ To The Hoop where he handed Garfield Heights their first loss of the season in a familiar environment for the Warriors. I’ve been impressed with Price’s consistency as a scorer this season, averaging just a shade under 14 PPG. When you combine his positive assist to turnover ratio and 1.7 steals per game, you get a valuable point guard at the high school level.

Efficiency was the name of the game for Price who shot 8/10 from the field for the winning Wayne Warriors who knocked off Garfield Heights who was previously unbeaten. His teammates did a nice job of finding him when he was open as Price knocked down all of his 3-pointers in the first half. Scoring 11 of the first 13 points for his team, Price had a couple moves off the dribble including a pull-up mid-range and a coast to coast and-1 layup. Putting pressure on the rim, Price tied for the game lead with five free throw attempts. Playing 29 minutes at guard and only having one turnover against a swarming Garfield Heights defense also stood out as Price made quality decisions with the ball in his hands.
