Continue ReadingYou know what you’re going to get when Santilli steps on the floor. The Pitbull PG brings high energy, competes on the ball, and sets the tempo for his offense. Despite being currently outside the top 125 he could be a player who produces a solid high school senior campaign.
Murpy may have played his way into stockriser status with his performances during the Labor Day Tournament. He’s shown that he can score the ball well enough to climb from his current spot. Look for him to be a sleeper candidate for a strong senior season.
Highlights
He is a good defender, and was one of the better undersized rim protectors last season. Interesting to see how his role expands during the high school season, but his production alone makes him slept on.
Sullivan is a utility PG that can be called on to orchestrate the offense. Playing for one of the top programs in the state, he may not get the reps he would if he played for other programs, which may keep him under the radar.
Can’t decide if Casey is a breakout or a Sleeper. Averaging double digits his junior season, lands him in the sleeper category. Look for another strong season for the guard from Reno.
There’s no question Marquicias is a sleeper. One of the top scorers in the state, is looking to put together strong back to back campaigns. He and his over 15 ppg average should fly under the radar no more.
Wilson is a system player for Centennial but has the ability to explode for some exciting plays. Compounding those plays into consistent productive game performances is how this sleeper can best open eyes.
Expect Davis to have a huge 3A impact. The wing transfer from California, is only under the radar because he was beyond the borders. Expect him to serve notice this season.
