If there was one motto to describe Wheatley’s opening round win over Tarkington, it would be “Mr. Sanders, have yourself a game”! Quinton had a team and game high 35 points through three quarters and completely dissected whatever defense the opposition threw at him. The Dawson Community College commit showed that he can shoot the ball at an efficient clip from deep range, as well as create for teammates and attack the rim with ferocity. Sanders also added 8 assists in the game as the Wildcats took the dub home with a final score of 91-63.
