Senior leader for the Dutch. Liked some of the communication and vocalness he showed in the second half. Can step out and hit threes, but looked to be at his best when attacking out of the high post. Super long wingspan makes him interesting on defense. Especially when he moved his feet and used his long arms to smooth a driving guard, forcing a turnover.

Very good athlete for his size, with a huge wingspan which also helps him out with causing some havoc on defense. Most comfortable on the perimeter, great skill foundation there as a shooter and a passer. Needs to start taking more advantage of his athletic gifts and height by adding toughness around the rim. The building blocks are there for him to finished his junior season strongly. And set himself to be a collegiate prospect as a senior.

An athletic wing prospect, Mardis should be set to shine in an expanded role at his new school. With a good athletic base and long arms, there’s big time versatile potential to his game. The new Dutch wing can scrap it up inside, and even finish with authority above the rim. And there’s strong potential as a mismatch problem, with the ability to stretch the floor from three. Along with promise as a driver, with a patient game and good vision. One of the more must watch prospects on this list, given that his athletic profile fits a potential big junior year leap.
