About Nate

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Lockdown defender who can guard all 5 positions. Offensively, I have been used primarily a post up scorer using strength and footwork to score close to the basket, but will also drive to the basket from the forward position or hit the mid-range shot. I am dedicated to crashing the offensive glass for second-chance scoring opportunities.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a pretty laid back person off the court, but on the court, I lock in. I consider myself mentally tough as I am able to remain composed and focused in high pressure situations. I play unselfishly and am an excellent communicator on the court. I look to improve every time I step on the court.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Nominated by the Olathe South Athletic Director to be on the Athletic Advisory Council. One male and one female is chosen from the Junior and Senior classes. Individuals must be multisport athletes with good character. The purpose is to meet with all Olathe Public School officials to discuss the status of high school athletics in the district in order to drive change and share ideas.
