As a counter move, Williams showed the ability to step back beyond the arc when in need of more space. One of the more advanced players at the showcase, Trey showed his ability to be a versatile player on the court. Had a tight and good handle and got in the lane with ease. His speed with the ball impressed and also his strength with his ability to take contact while driving in the lane. Scored the ball in multiple ways showing his shooting, finishing, and mid-range ability. His defense stood out as he got many steals and deflections. Had fast feet and good balance on defense which led to him giving ball handlers trouble.
