One of two Patriots on this list, Negrin is a strong, skilled guard who can score at all three levels. He has a high basketball IQ, uses screens effectively and has shooting range that extends well beyond the arc. Negrin is also a skilled midrange creator who can get to his spots off the dribble and consistently plays with good pace and feel.

Negrin is a strong, skilled guard and capable three level scorer, he impressed with Team Breakdown throughout July. He has a high basketball IQ and a strong understanding of how to use screens and read defenders to create scoring opportunities. He is a reliable perimeter shot maker with range beyond the arc and is especially effective creating his own offense in the midrange.

Negrin paced the Patriots versus West Catholic with his aerial assault. Catching the ball on the move, he drilled a trio of threes in the first half to answer shots that the Burrs were making on the other end. Then he opened the second with his fourth three, this time a pull-up. From there, Negrin leveraged the threat of his jumper and attacked closeouts to get to the rim and/or the free throw line. 16p 5r
