is a name well known around the state for his complete game on both sides of the ball and his smooth game. He is a first class three and D guard that does not mind getting dirty on the court. His ability to sit on defense will ensure his minutes at the next level, and his complimentary skills make him a guy other players want to get in the game with. His ability to lead the La Elite 17U team this summer will be on full display, and that could be the key to unlocking even more offers for J-Money.

Hall is an enigma to many in the state because of his quiet demeanor and placement next to the #1 guard in the state. His job mirrors the responsibility of the lead player, but he has hit his stride and seems to understand that in order to win, he has to allow his light to shine equally bright. There is not a superior player in the state in any measurable aspect, excluding height, but he makes up for that with athleticism. I call players “supreme” when they check all the boxes, and Hall has entered the realm of supreme guards. His game exists without flaws. He could be the best on ball defender or best three-point shooter in the state. Depends on which game you attend. Hall is a problem, and his growth this season could be the missing piece to get Calvary over the Championship hump. 20 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 blocks. That is a typical Hall state line, but how he finished in their cross-town rivalry game vs Bossier.

Jaiden hall thrived in tight spaces, his ability to absorb contact, keep his dribble alive, and finish creatively made him a problem downhill. He’s a crafty, creative bump-and-contact scorer at the rim. Instead of shying away from defenders, he initiated the contact, using subtle shoulder bumps, angle changes, and body control to dislodge contests and carve out finishing space where his hang time propelled him.

Hall has the makings of a true floor general with high-level scoring ability. Coaches seeking a high-IQ point guard who can knock down shots and lock down opponents need to take a serious look at Hall. He’s already generating buzz in college coaching circles and will surely play at the next level.

is truly making a name for himself in the state as one of the best two-way players around, and it is hard to distinguish which aspect of his game is stronger. He is a lockdown defender who can control a game defensively by frustrating opposing guards. Offensively, he is an elite three-point shooter and a skilled finisher at the rim. While he can shoot the mid-range just as well, it seems like he prefers to score three points instead, whether from distance or at the rim. Hall’s game continues to develop, and his confidence is growing. He is one of the most dangerous players on both sides of the ball in the state. Hall is a high-motor competitor, and I expect plenty of Coaches to view him as an elite prospect for the next level.

In the game of comparisons, Hall has to be mentioned in at least three different conversations. First, is there a better defender in the 2027 class? Second, is there a better pure shooter in the 2027 class? And lastly, is there a more athletic player in the class? When it comes to measurables, Hall excels at the immeasurables, consistently frustrating the opposing team. He finished with 17 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals, controlling the game while minimizing mistakes. His ability to impact all areas of the game makes Calvary a well-oiled machine, and Hall a stock riser in this deep 2027 class.

J-Money: A Rising Star with Unlimited Potential
For some, this may have been an introduction to J-Money, but it won’t be long before his name is known statewide and beyond. Serving as point guard, J-Money possesses the skills of a two-guard, making him a unique and dynamic threat on the court. He’s already considered one of the best defenders in the state, but now his reputation as one of the top shooters is starting to gain attention.
In a standout performance, Hall led Calvary with 7 three-pointers in just three quarters of play against the defensively formidable Captain Shreve team. His ability to stretch the floor and score efficiently from deep makes him a key asset for his team, and his all-around game continues to improve.
Hall is a special talent with the tools to become a nationally recognized player. As his role with Calvary continues to expand, there’s no doubt he’ll rise to the occasion. For now, we’ll focus on his lockdown defense and deadly three-point shooting, but this is just the beginning. With two more years to grow, J-Money is a player to watch — and you can bet this won’t be the last time you hear about him.

Calvary Baptist boasts a wealth of talent, and their playing style often prioritizes team-oriented basketball over individual scoring outbursts. However, Jaiden Hall is a unique blend of the best qualities from two of last season’s most impactful returnees. He possesses the calm demeanor and three-point shooting efficiency of Bubba Strong, combined with the exceptional skillset of nationally ranked Tyrone Jamison Tyrone Jamison 6'2" | PG Calvary Baptist | 2027 State #53 Nation LA . Additionally, Hall’s facilitation skills evoke memories of last year’s point guard, Rondae Hill. Hall is incredibly athletic, and his play is often jaw-dropping not just on the offensive side but also defensively. As a standout player on a team filled with stars, he shines equally bright whether on or off the ball. The Louisiana Class of 2027 is loaded with talent, and Hall is a name that will gain more recognition as more people get to see him in action.

Hall is another top player in the 2027 class. He can play either guard position and he is an elite level shooter. This summer, Hall assimilated into the Calvary Baptist style of play with no problem. Playing this summer and playing your first varsity season are different though. Teams know he is playing and he will be part of the scouting report now. Will he struggle or will he flourish will be the question.

Hall may be the most versatile guard in the parish. He can flow seamlessly between the lead and off guard without sacrificing his game. Hall can light up defenses from deep or play the point and distribute. On defense, he does not shy away from challenges and will guard the best player on the opposite team. Hall is as talented as they come and plays both guard positions very well.
