In this article, after watching some AA games, I come up with a few guys I wanted to mention for the upcoming AA season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1707423' first='Tate' last='Schafer'] | 6'1 | SG | 2024 | Sioux Falls Lincoln | Tate is one of the best prospects that many people might not talk about enough. A sniper from three and he's quick to relocate for a three-ball. An elite mover on the court, which translates to both ends for him. He can also put the ball on the ground and attack. With Rock reclassifying to the 2023 class and enrolling early at Iowa State, I wouldn't be shocked if Schafer was one of leading scorers in AA ball. He'll need to score for his team to have success.

[player_tooltip player_id='1466940' first='Colton' last='Smith'] | 6'5 | F | 2026 | Mitchell | Mitchell graduates a lot of talent, but they're ready for a reload and not a rebuild. Smith will be the main piece for Mitchell and a future all-stater. He is going to slash and score and be a dominant rebounder. He's athletic and physical. Moves extremely well without the ball, and is a cutter that can find the holes in the defense. Let's be transparent here — the #1 rated SD 2026 prospect is no joke.

[player_tooltip player_id='2091797' first='Dylon' last='Rawdon'] | 6'0 | PG | 2024 | Watertown | I wanted to give a couple Watertown guys some love, so I start here with the starting point guard for the squad. Rawdon has a great feel for that position and he has an advanced handle and ability to pass. Also, a threat from three and has a clean shot that he can shoot off the dribble and create on his own.

[player_tooltip player_id='2091798' first='Jake' last='Olson'] | 6'2 | SG/SF | 2024 | Watertown | I really like what Olson brings to the table and his team. He brings a ton of energy, suddenness, speed, and effort. Plays at top speed and will be aggressive all over the court. He's aggressive offensively, and has a three-ball game. Quite underrated.
