Dalen Moyer Dalen Moyer 6'0" | CG Sandia | 2023 State NM | CG | Sandia: The recently committed Northern New Mexico Star, Dalen Moyer Dalen Moyer 6'0" | CG Sandia | 2023 State NM is known state wide for his three-point shooting, ball-handling and finishing ability around the rim, but his playmaking is the most underrated aspect of his game. With his prolific shooting and scoring, it sets up easy opportunities for his teammates. He knows how to pick a part defenses with his vision on the floor.
Raul Stanford Raul Stanford 5'10" | CG Highland | 2024 State NM | SG | Highland: One of the states most unselfish players. Raul Stanford Raul Stanford 5'10" | CG Highland | 2024 State NM is known for his three-point shooting spacing the floor and his defense after being named the 4A Boys Metro Defensive Player of the Year for the 2022-23 Season. One huge attribute in his game though is his passing. He often makes the right basketball plays every possession on the floor. Raul Stanford Raul Stanford 5'10" | CG Highland | 2024 State NM doesn’t turn over the basketball often, has great leadership and chemistry with his teammates. He was among the states leaders in assists per game averaging exactly 4 per game and was Highland’s leader in assists this past season.
Chris Parra Chris Parra 6'0" | PG Atrisco Heritage | 2023 State NM | PG | Atrisco Heritage: Arguably was the states top pure point guard from the previous two seasons with his elite ability running the floor. This season Chris Parra Chris Parra 6'0" | PG Atrisco Heritage | 2023 State NM was a 17 points per game scorer, and averaged just under 4 assists per game. His elite scoring ability led to his playmaking. He was a master in the pick and roll and often made the right decisions as the Atrisco Heritage’s primary ball handler.
Donovan Cruz Donovan Cruz 5'8" | PG West Mesa | 2023 State NM | PG | West Mesa: A solid floor general for the West Mesa Mustang’s this past season. He always played under control as the captain of the ship on offense. Donovan Cruz Donovan Cruz 5'8" | PG West Mesa | 2023 State NM knows when to find his shooters in transition and runs the offense really well.
Shane Douma-Sanchez Shane Douma-Sanchez 6'0" | PG Del Norte | 2023 State NM | PG | Del Norte: The states leading scorer averaging over 32 points per game was one of the best dimers around the state as well. With how aggressive he was, it opened things up for his teammates. He averaged 5.1 assists per game which was tied at the top among the states leader in New Mexico. Despite being the best scorer in New Mexico, many around the state undervalue Shane’s impact as a passer.
