He will play for Goodpasture next winter. Rhett attended St. Benedict's for eight months before his family moved to the 615. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>According to his trainer Rhett is a dog on defense. His skills are ahead of many peers, showing no glaring weaknesses in his first session. The goal for him is developing more strength more strength and expanding upon his athleticism. Avery started on the ball with a couple of capable guards alongside ([player_tooltip player_id='1400924' first='Kquinn' last='Donald'],<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1400904' first='MJ' last='Floyd']</strong>). MLK played one good half against eventual state champions Fulton High, but completely collapsed after Donald went down with an injury near halftime. This was not entirely attributable to Avery, but he and his mates could not score. Avery gives his team grit, strength, defensive investment, handle, rebounding. He needs to improve his shooting though. Facing Fulton he was poor from deep.
