Kobe Smith Kobe Smith 6'1" | CG Andover Central | 2023 State – One of the best scorers in the state right now, he’s still up for grabs going into sub-state tournament time. Smith can shoot with anyone and after seeing him score 40 this season, it’s hard to say that he won’t do it again. Not many players are able to pull off those types of games with the attention being on him.
Brian Perry- Brian, is one of the state’s hidden gems with his physicality and versatility on the court, one of the critical pieces for the Andover Central Jaguars. Brian’s ability to make plays on and off the ball for his team has become a consistent thing throughout his career and makes him a threat. His frame and skill set allow him to be an asset to any colleges looking his way. On the defensive end, he gets it done and does a good job of keeping opponents in front and guarding multiple positions.
Ryle Riddlesperger Ryle Riddlesperger 6'2" | PG Hugoton | 2023 State – Ryle is a kid that can flat-out score and plays the right way. From game winners beyond the 3 point line to finishing in traffic, Ryle knows how to play and plays the right way night in and night out. One thing about the Hugoton guard is that he can flat-out shoot it! He has a quick release and if you close out too soon he can ball fake you and relocate to get the 3-point shot he wants. One thing he will bring to the next level is his ability to space the floor.
Jaylen Maze Jaylen Maze 6'1" | PG Northwest | 2023 – Jaylen known as a lockdown defender for his maize south mavericks has come in handy this season. Maze took on the task to defend the other team’s best player and held up his end of the bargain. Maze was a pest on the ball full-court length and used his wingspan to cause mayhem. Not only does he make life a mess for the on-ball player but he is always in the gap help to prevent others from potentially getting hot in the game.
Kellan Simoneau Kellan Simoneau 6'2" | PG Rose Hill | 2023 State – Kellen might be arguably the best shooter in the state of Kansas. His ability to catch and shoot or create his own shot and get it off is second to none. Scoring multiple 30pt games for his rocket team, he does it all for them on the offense and defensive end. Kellan on the defensive end walls up extremely well holding his own ground and playing without fouling. He doesn’t have the strongest frame using the eye test but he plays much stronger than he looks. This is definitely a kid you want in your program that is a steal.
