Porter Kelly from White Station debuted at No. 50. I had a chance to watch the 6-3 shooting guard early in the season, and his offensive game has drastically improved. Kelly takes a lot of great shots from the field and moves well without the basketball. A defender has to have fresh legs to chase Kelly off screens all night. He never seems to get tired.

State Champion [player_tooltip player_id='1262198' first='Michael' last='Pepper'] continues to climb the rankings. How could he not? The dude is sitting pretty: 17.9 PPG 6.5 RPG 3.2 APG. You wanna win? Get an elite defender who can slash at an astonishing level, make free throws, and win. Pepper's floor is D2, like a Lee, for instance. He projects as a LM role player in his freshman year. Who knows how far he can take this sport? Two years ago Pepper was ranked around #110, so clearly PrepHoopsTN underestimated him.

[player_tooltip player_id='1034559' first='Jamarion' last='Harvey'], known better as Woody, is an enigmatic combo guard. Is he a point guard? Kind of. Is he a shooting guard? Absolutely. There is an elusive, slippery aspect to his attack. He is not elite with the speed, but certainly very good. In order to score and create at the highest level his potential allows, Harvey will need to do what Harvey has always done effectively, make the defender uneasy and unsteady. Harvey's footwork is wonderful. Always the limiting factor for JH will be his height.
