This is our 8th and final version of the All-Region Predictions for Class B ND hoops. The first practice of the season is on November 28th and then things will get heated up for Class B basketball. Who is the best in Region 8? The favorites have to be Powers Lake and Stanley. [player_tooltip player_id='1050257' first='Tyson' last='Enget'] is a top player in the State and he puts up gaudy numbers. He will certainly be in the discussion when it comes to the Mr. Basketball nominations. Stanley won the Region Championship last year and Powers Lake will be ready to get that back this year. Will anyone else challenge the Ranchers and Blue Jays for the top spot?
