<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>LOS ANGELES,CA - Last Saturday, we were treated to a an early preview of top talent in Southern California at the Bring Your Game Hoops Battle at the Beach hosted at Palisades High School. has the body, size, and physical attributes to succeed.  He averaged 16 a game as the standout player for Palisades last year, and is only 16 years old and will be a senior.  Lee does a good job of getting his teammates involved as he looks to push the offense.  When he attacks he has the size and athleticism to bounce off defenders and finish through contact.  Although he dips the ball when he shoots, the release looks good and the mechanics are there for him to be a good shooter.  At the moment he is a D3/NAIA prospect but has the potential to develop further along should he at Northridge Academy where he was one of the top scorers in his division, Alexander joins a talented Venice team which has high aspirations.  Alexander is a crafty ball handler, does a good job of keeping his head up and initiating the offense.  He can attack the rim, utilizes jump stops and fakes when he gets into the lane, and can finish with a floater or finds the open man when the defense collapses.  He has a high motor, helps on the boards, and does a great job contesting and playing the passing lane.  Has an impressive all around game and will be interesting to see how he acclimates to the Venice is your classic spot up threat from distance.  The 5'10u0022 guard effectively spaced the floor for the Diablos and kept the defense honest as his proficiency from deep helped his other teammates get looks.  Hewitt did most of his damage from the corners and on catch and shoot possessions.  He led the team in 3pt percentage last year and with the addition of [player_tooltip player_id='1502794' first='Jaden' last='Hubbard'] he should be able to find more opportunities to get open this new transfer to St. Monica's Prep is a classic jack of all trades.  Ivey effectively runs the team's offense and can play the 1-3 positions.  He has good size and length, dribbles with his head up, and finds ways to get to the rim.  Has 3 level potential as he has a quick release, shows the ability to hit the midrange and outside shot, and can glide to the rim.  The physical attributes are there and as his awareness increases there is no doubt that his stock will like his new teammate Kenyon Alexander, Ray just transferred in from St. Anthony and is still adapting to the offense and new rotation.  In his limited playing time, he showed flashes of what made him successful at St. Anthony.  Ray is a lefty combo guard who has a tight handle and uses it to create his shot off the dribble.  He is shifty, can get to the rim or effectively create for a step back jumper.  The scoring prowess and tools are there and as he puts it together, I am expecting a huge year for
