Some of the best players at the showcase, check out who came to Kansas City to solidify who they are. Competing for offers and against the underdogs, we often time get a chance to see the best come out and play at their best, these 5 players didn't disappoint.

Eli Sawyer- Eli is a guy who plays for 40 minutes and will make an impact every chance he gets. With his sneaky athleticism that could put someone on a poster, he also has a jump shot to stretch the floor. Hearing other players talk about what they like about him, the most common one was his ability to grab the rebound and go coast to coast finishing at the rim while showing off his handle.

Marcus Zeigler- Marcus coming off that state title win, entered the showcase on fire after a great summer with buddy buckets. Zeigler came in and didn't show anything less. He single-handedly went 1on1 full court against the other team's best defender and made sure to turn him multiple times and finish at the rim with his finesse. He will only get better as he continues to show his ability to hit the 3 continuously and get stronger for the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1530221' first='Ayden' last='McGibboney']- Ayden came to Okun Fieldhouse looking to handle his business and get out. He didn't play around much while he was out there. When he checked into the game he immediately started posting up smaller guards, playing solid defense didn't gamble on many plays, a very well solid guard. McGibboney knew how to sprint the floor and run in transition to finish the fast breaks even if the other team scored and they didn't run off the miss. It's not too often you see players like Ayden but when you do you appreciate him.

Kaeson Fisher- One of the best guards right now in the state if not the midwest, With his strong body frame, smooth shot, finishing ability, and court vision, there isn't much he can't do and there is a reason D2s and D1s are eyeing Fisher like a hawk. Fisher made defenders pay when they left him open and purposely drove the paint to draw 2 to him and kick it to his shooters. Kaeson read that the defense started to close out hard and showed off his strong and mid-range scoring ability. Fisher will be an immediate impact player at the college level next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1624984' first='Jasiah' last='Shields']- The senior came up to Kansas City showcasing everything he had. Most players came in looking to score, but shields came in looking to show he could be a playmaker and a team player. He stood out amongst the others using his quickness, athleticism, and ball-handling ability to be a decoy and get others involved. Shields has a good wingspan and a quick lateral movement allowing him to be a pest defensively full court.

Some of the best players at the showcase, check out who came to Kansas City to solidify who they are. Competing for offers and against the underdogs, we often time get a chance to see the best come out and play at their best, these 5 players didn't disappoint.
