An overall skilled shooter from the perimeter that has an extremely quick release on his jumper. He likes to push the ball in transition and pull up on the break for three-point shots or mid-range jumpers as well. James brings a variety of intangibles to the floor and showcases his leadership qualities every time he is in a game situation. Watch for this young man to have a big senior campaign and play on the collegiate level next fall season.
This extremely talented guard/forward has committed to Quinnipiac on the division 1 level to continue his basketball career next season. His ability to create scoring opportunities and knock down clutch free throws makes him a definite problem for opponents on a nightly basis. Look for Daemar to have an outstanding winter for Penn Hills High School. He will bring intensity and work ethic to an already competitive and well-coached team.
His ability to score in transition and on penetration to the basket makes him a nightmare to guard every game. Also, his quick hands and feet cause havoc as a defender with timely steals and deflections for his team. Jaydon has the opportunity to be one of the main performers for Gateway High School this upcoming season on the hardwood. Look for a great senior campaign for this hard-working basketball player.
A shifty, quick, and high IQ point guard that can score in bunches throughout a contest and brings leadership qualities to his team. He likes to create opportunities for his teammates regularly during a game in both the half-court set, as well as in transition. Matt will be moving forward to play college basketball upon graduation this June. Watch for Union High School to compete for a WPIAL Championship this season.
This skilled hooper brings high energy and toughness to the floor every time he steps foot on the hardwood. His ability to score from the wing with creative dribble moves makes him extremely difficult to defend for four quarters. Josiah excels on the football field and will be a big part of the success on the basketball court this winter for Beaver High School. Watch for a great year from him and more opportunities to attend college and continue his career on campus.
