<p>Continuing Prep Hoops New England's state breakdowns, we're now going to be looking at Rhode Island and the top returning talent in the state. The state is one of the more underrated in New England, but it's still flooded with high-level players and prospects.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1468248' first='Tayeshawn' last='Cunningham-Pemberton'] is the best of the best in Rhode Island, and he's 29th in New England. He's a physical and athletic guard that's capable of knocking down contested mid-range shots with fluidity and touch. He was ultimately one of the main reasons St. George's School made an appearance in the NEPSAC AA tournament. Cunningham-Pemerton's teammate at Expressions [player_tooltip player_id='1222516' first='Ryder' last='Anderson'] currently stands at 32nd, only a few spots behind his AAU teammate. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1468232' first='NeJohn' last='Fortes'], a House We Built product, is 40th. He's shown great flashes and continues to take steps in the right direction. [player_tooltip player_id='1468231' first='Patrick' last='Spenard'] is another name to know, and he's currently sitting at 53rd on the New England rankings. The St. Andrew's School big man prospect is a great rebounding and has an emerging low-post game. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1585147' first='Bernard' last='Dushie'] is a super interesting prospect with a ton of potential. He's shown his skillset (athleticism, shot-blocking for the position, off-the-dribble scoring) in flashes. Another pair of teammates between Dushie and [player_tooltip player_id='1585151' first='Azmar' last='Abdullah'], Abdullah clocks in at 85th. He's a movement shooter off-ball and a pull-up shooter on-ball. </p>
