As a strong-framed guard, he has the ability to score from all three levels while maintaining a high level of defensive prowess. What truly sets Cantu apart is his exceptional athleticism, which borders on elite status.

Cantu plays a physical style of basketball, often earning hard-fought points in the paint. While defenses are preoccupied with his slashing capabilities, he demonstrates excellent court vision and isn’t afraid to capitalize on open looks by sinking shots from the perimeter.
