Focused performance from the lead guard. One example came when he drove the lane, got the defense to commit and he flipped a pass out to a shooter. His teammate missed but Pedulla was there to clean it up. He went for 9 points, grabbed 12 boards and handed out 3 assists. It was the type of focused performance that defined this currently magical playoff run by MSM. And had a focused Pedulla saying “two more” during on court post game celebration.

Mount Saint Mary might be the hottest team in Oklahoma. In back to back games they won double OT contests against two top 5 Class 4A teams. On Friday night in Seminole it was Pedulla providing the magic. He went for 22 points and handed out 6 assists with only 1 turnover. He also proved his clutch bonafides when he drilled a deep pull three to force the first overtime. With how Pedulla and company are playing, look for more magical moments from him and the Rockets this week.

After a relative quiet pair of opening games, Pedulla came out with guns blazing. Had a quick 11 points, outscoring Edmond Memorial by himself. Kept pouring on the points throughout. One of the differences between this game and his last two was his shooting from deep in the mid-range. He’s a physical guard, who can bully his way to the hoop with strength and footwork. But he’s at his best when he’s not one track minded at driving to the hoop. Also, he loves to take a charge.

Every one of the games played seem to showcase a different aspect of Pedulla’s game. There was a game where he seemingly couldn’t miss from three. Another where he powered his way to the rim, with strong drives and good handles. Also he can drop some dimes, while running the show and even talking on defense. The senior guard has elevated his game this spring and summer, and looks ready to hit the ground running for 4A contender, Mount Saint Mary.

Back on the court after a minor injury derailed a strong spring. Plays to his size and strength as a physical driver and tough defender. Had some impressive finishes at the rim, including a lefty take. Looked good on the perimeter as a defender, moving his feet well and leveraging his strength. Was quieter as a shooter, but did hit a dagger three late that helped his Team Oklahoma squad to the win. Expected to take up a big scoring role for new school; Class 4A contenders Mount Saint Mary.

Pedulla will finish up his high school career at Mount Saint Mary. A recent injury has hindered his spring, but before being sidelined he was having a strong start. Physical guard, who plays strong and at his own pace on drives. Variety of moves, from spin, euros and leaning on his natural strength to get to the rim. Equally capable as a shooter. Nice flashes of playmaking too in the highlights. A healthy Pedulla should be key to super charging a Mount Saint Mary team that could emerge as a 4A Title contender.

Started off Saturday morning on fire with three triples in the opening quarter. Good rhythm shooter, especially off catch and shoot situations. Scrappy overall guard, have noticed him popping up with tough contested rebounds. His strong frame allows him to make those rebounds and should help continue to grow into a versatile defender for the high school level. One area of improvement from Saturday to note, converting free throws late in the game.

Strong for the age group, Pedulla made his living on Friday night getting downhill. From being able to create space with his shoulder to keeping players on his hip when getting downhill, the youngster is proving to already being a crafty finisher at the rim. If/when the athleticism that is a common trait in his older brothers comes in, he should be exceptional high school scorer.

The scoring mentality from the Edmond Memorial youngster is evident. His handle is tight and he uses it most often to create enough space to elevate and burry shots in the mid-range. His pure looking jumper extends easily to three point line. As he has the type of shot that when his feet is set, it always looks like it’s going in. Pedulla is enjoying a strong spring at the 15U level, and looks to be ready to make an impact at one of the 405’s more tradition rich programs this winter.

put on a show every time that he took the court. He was just like a ticking time-bomb, it seeming like he was going to explode every second that he was on the court. That is exactly what happened, with him having a game that he scored 36 points. He knocked down several three pointers in this game, while showing the ability to hit from mid-range, as well. He was knocking down catch and shoot jumpers, as well as dribble pull-ups. Not only was he scoring from these areas, he was getting to the rim and finishing. No matter if there was contact or not, he was not afraid. He knocked down a decent percentage of his free throws, as well. Scoring was not the only thing that he excelled at, as he showed flashes of being able to play make and not crumble under pressure. On defense, he was aggressive and coming away with several steals. I counted four steals in one game. He was playing good perimeter defense and was also grabbing rebounds. He had an offensive rebound that led to him putting it back in. He made a massive impact on both ends of the court.
