He has a great understanding of double teams and has great timing on his passes to his teammates to give them the most open looks possible. Janapareddy always has his head up, making difficult full-court passes in transition or throwing cross-court passes in the half-court. His outstanding vision opens up his scoring and he becomes a really tough guard. Janapareddy is a creative finisher at the rim and can use the high glass wall. He can also stretch the floor off the ball and has a beautiful mid-range floater as well.
