Jaxon put on a masterful showcase at the OTR Exposure King of Spring tournament last weekend. If I had to describe Olvera, I would give him the nickname “Mr. Unselfish” as he is never worried about his stats as much as keeping his teammates involved. Jaxon is one of the most willing playmakers I have seen in the state of Texas this AAU season and will only continue to get better playing with an established and well run program like Team Temple. Olvera is also great at using a variety of dribble moves to get by his defender to the rim at will and excelling in the pick and roll game with either keeping the ball or dishing to the big man in the post. College coaches, keep an eye out for Jaxon as he will only continue his momentum raising his game as the bright lights get bigger and the stage is set.
