Tim Bailey | G1 Sports 2023
Bailey is more than a shooter who stands at a well built 6’2. He was a consistent catch and shoot threat with great shot preparation. He knocked down three corner threes in his first game and continued to shoot well from that spot for the rest of the weekend. As good of a floor spacer as he proved to be this weekend, he’s just as good of a finisher when cutting to the rim.
Blake Wilson Blake Wilson 6'5" | SG Dwyer | 2023 State FL | Ball4Lyfe 2023
Wilson is the best counterpart to Ball4lyfe’s three-headed monster. With his teammates slashing to the rim, it leaves the 6’6 shooter the space to get his beautiful shot off. It’s a quick repeatable release that can get hot in a hurry. He rattled home three shots from deep on consecutive possessions. Wilson can knock down shots beyond the arc off movement and from a standstill.
Ben Cahill | Jupiter Jaguars 2023
Cahill was one of the best off movement shooters in Daytona. He dialed it in from the wing while sprinting off screens and connecting on shots in the defense’s face. The 6’1 combo guard shoots well off the dribble using a sidestep to shake off a closeout. Cahill works well in the Jupiter Jaguars’ two point guard system.
Darren Smith Darren Smith 5'10" | PG Riverside | 2024 FL | Jacksonville Trojans 2024
Smith was good for at least two made threes per game. The three and D guard has a knack for hitting corner threes and spacing the floor. He’s a speedy point man that can cause turnovers and convert them to transition points.
Mekhi Benn | MDBA 2024
Benn can shoot well off the dribble and the catch. He used his sweet spot on the left wing to knock down most of his jumpers. His one dribble pull up from distance was a consistent weapon this weekend. Benn doubles as a secondary playmaker thanks to his passing.
Ridge Patterson | Jax Stangs 2024
It’s always a compliment to a shooter when you catch the ball and the entire bench yells “SHOOTER”. Patterson makes this list because of the diversification of his shotmaking. He can spot up on the wing or take guys off the bounce for pull-ups in the midrange. The 2024 prospect isn’t afraid to use physicality to create space for his jumper.
Keelan Anglin | ISA Elite 2025
Anglin’s energy on the court is infectious. He’s a highly confident guard and when you’re able to make four threes in a game on high efficiency, you’ve earned the right. Even in the face of closeouts from taller players, he’s able to get his shot off.
Trent Phillips Trent Phillips 6'2" | CG Gulf | 2023 FL | G1 Sports 2023
Phillips’s unassuming disposition is a trap. His team trusted him with several last second shots, including the game winner from the hash mark. His big game came with 8 made threes in one of the best games of the weekend. Whether it’s pulling up or spotting up with 6’1 shooter is a consistent three point shooter on volume attempts.
Ryan Blount Ryan Blount 6'6" | CG Rockledge | 2024 State FL | Athletes of Influence 2024
Blount shot so well it landed him on the first team all 16U. The 6’4 wing with a solid frame has become a well-known name on the circuit. He plays with guys that can pass and collapse defenses which is perfect for the kid shooting better than 40% from three. Blount averaged over three made threes a game.
