Las Vegas Unsigned Senior Camp: Sleepers

<p>The Las Vegas Unsigned Senior Camp takes place Sunday, March 20th. The 1-day camp will feature skills training, positional breakdown instructions, and 5 on 5 competition. The event is being held at the Tarkanian Basketball Academy located at 2730 S Rancho Dr. This is an exposure event and will feature media, scouts, and college coaches. All games from the camp will be live-streamed on the 7outz Network. This platform provides an opportunity for unknown players to get discovered, and the event features several prospects ready to take advantage of the opportunity. In this article, we take a look at the top sleepers at the camp. <a href="https://basketball.exposureevents.com/182490/lv-unsigned-senior-camp"><b>(Register For The Las Vegas Unsigned Senior Camp)</b></a></p> <p><strong>Xerian Anderson</strong> <em>6’9 C St John Bosco</em> - The camp will have some out-of-state flare, as Anderson will be making the trip from Southern California. For coaches looking for size, the big man is definitely worth a glance. He’s a big body, however, he has some stretch ability, displaying catch and shoot and pick and pop ability on film. Could walk away with some interest from the coaches in the building. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="859641" first="Damion" last="Byrd"] <em>5’10 PG Silverado (#31)(featured image) </em>- I’m excited to see Byrd play. After missing most of his senior season with an injury, the PG looks healthy, and more importantly, he looks dynamic. He’s bringing one of the best pull-up games to the camp. Bryd has shown the ability to be effective off one and two dribbles. There are quite a few schools looking for PG play, don’t be surprised if Byrd walks away with some interest if he performs well on Sunday. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="999101" first="Christian" last="Ware"] 6’4 SG SLAM (#103) - Ware is a late bloomer that has some skills. He grew about 4 inches during the course of Covid, turning him into a long lean scoring guard with some catch and shoot ability. The biggest question about him is his slight frame, however, he’s unafraid to drive into traffic and play through contact. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1264420" first="Emiliyon" last="Daniels"] <em>5’11 PG Somerset Losee</em> - Daniels is bringing a specific skill to the camp, and its defense. You can also include a pitbull mentality. The 5’11 PG is one of the top on-ball defenders in the state and has a chance to raise some eyebrows with his tenacious defense. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1298347" first="Marcus" last="Lawson"] <em>6’4 SG Legacy (#67)</em> - Lawson has played the role of sleeper all season. A relatively unknown entering the year. The scoring guard put his name on the map, with a strong season, helping the Longhorns reach the playoffs. Lawson has good size for his position, and enough ball skills to create for himself. He loves to drive but has the ability to knockdown shots in catch-and-shoot situations. If he does that on Sunday, his sleeper status may be limited. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="985612" first="Christian" last="Martin"] <em>6’3 SG Sierra Vista (#39)</em> - Martin is another player that has shown some solid development over the last year. A swiss army knife type of player, he will be worth the look for coaches looking for a player that can grow in their system.
