Look for top-notch performances from the following boys with the added motivation from entering our database here at Prep Hoops. In western PA the future is bright for these young 2025 graduating class members.
Newcomers 2025:
#28 = Markus Williams Markus Williams 6'2" | SG Imani Christian Academy | 2025 State PA , 6’2 shooting guard, Imani Christian High School
- A long, athletic wing player that can finish in the lane with creative moves near the basket
- Has an above-average vertical jump which helps him grab quality boards on both ends of the floor during competition
- Markus improved his perimeter shooting as the high school season moved forward
#29 = Daniel Batch Daniel Batch 5'11" | PG Montour | 2025 State PA , 6’0 power forward, Eden Christian Academy High School
- A solid mid-post performer with the talent to drive the baseline with strong finishes and runs the break on offense well
- He likes to play physical and it motivates him throughout four quarters of a game to not back down from his opponent
- Daniel hustles and puts forth the effort necessary to be successful on the hardwood
#30 = Cameron Epps Cameron Epps 5'6" | PG South Allegheny | 2025 State PA , 5’8 point guard, South Allegheny High School
- An overall tenacious defender in both the half-court set and on the full-court press
- His ball-handling skills and passing ability make him a tough player to guard throughout an entire game, plus he wears down his peers with a high motor
- Cameron is extremely quick with and without the ball in his hands, especially running the fast break
#34 = Antonio Laure Antonio Laure 5'10" | CG Rochester | 2025 State PA , 5’10 combo guard, Rochester High School
- This stocky, aggressive guard brings the heart and hustle to the court every game
- For a younger hooper he has such a high basketball IQ that shows early signs of strong leadership
- Antonio carries sound court vision and his passing skills make him a matchup problem with slower, less talented guards
#48 = Devontae Robinson Devontae Robinson 5'9" | CG Monessen | 2025 State PA , 5’9 combo guard, Monessen High School
- Despite his size this freshman puts in the work to help not only himself get better, but his teammates as well
- He exudes confidence in his game and likes to make highlight-film plays in transition
- Devontae is a sound defender and has a deadly mid-range jumper from about fifteen to eighteen feet out
#65 = Maximus Williams Maximus Williams 6'6" | C Hempfield | 2025 State PA , 6’6 center, Hempfield High School
- A developing talent with the size to rebound extremely well on the offensive and defensive glass
- Look for his post game to improve as he puts in the work with his footwork
- Maximus has the intimidating name “Maximus” and shows his physicality on the court during each contest
#76 = Lonnie Greene Lonnie Greene 6'2" | PF Jeannette | 2025 State PA , 6’2 power forward, Jeannette High School
- He is a tough and aggressive power forward that doesn’t back down from a challenge
- His shot-blocking ability is above-average and he rebounds at a high-level
- Lonnie has a soft jumper in the paint and a developing hook shot which he continues to utilize against his opponents
This solid group of Newcomers is deserving of entry into our Prep Hoops Pennsylvania rankings and will continue to give one hundred percent effort to showcase their individual talents in a team aspect sport.
