Donovan’s floor game was on full display and he showed that he can convert from a multitude of different spots. He finished with a game high 21 points and connected on four three pointers. I like how Dylan is able to wear defenders with his strength. Donovan uses his strong frame to bully his way into the paint. I would like to see him to look to make others better more, he can have a score first mentality at times and would like to see his tunnel vision open up. He was in good spots to collect rebounds. Donovan made a ton of trips to the charity stripe and converted most of his chances. He would be a great pickup at the small college player.

Donovan is a sturdy scoring guard who is able just wear opposing defenses down with his nose to score grunge buckets. He has no issue throwing his frame around to get paint touches. He was in good spots to rebound. Donovan found ways to get to the charity stripe. He is at his best when playing in the half-court. Donovan does a nice job of not getting sped up and controlling the pace of the game when the ball is in his hands. He is a prospect who I see being a priority for small college programs.

Donovan is a threat from behind the arc where he can get hot and make shots at a high clip. He also finds ways to turn defense to offense. Donovan can be in the right spots on the floor to get rebounds. Donovan shows flashes as a facilitator but I would like to see him be more of a threat making others better. Donovan will be a prospect who the small college level flock to.
