PLAYERS

[player_tooltip player_id="986887" first="Spencer" last="Ball"] (2023, PG, Elk Rapids)

Don’t forget about Elk Rapids in this draw! Ball is a speedy lead guard that can make things happen and control the pace of the game.

[player_tooltip player_id="864009" first="Nate" last="Childers"] (2022, PG, Benzie Central)

Childers’ story could be a movie someday. He’s one of the most improved players in the state from freshman year to senior year. Childers just keep getting better. He will be playing basketball for Albion next season.

[player_tooltip player_id="986579" first="Joey" last="Donahue"] (2023, SF, Traverse City St. Francis)

Donahue might be the best pure athlete of the bunch. He’s tough to contain with his athletic frame and ability to hit the open floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="985668" first="Luke" last="Hazelton"] (2023, F, Glen Lake)

Hazelton is an absolute matchup nightmare. He can score from the paint and the perimeter, fully taking advantage of his matchup. Remember, earlier this season he led his team to an upset win over the 1 seed.

[player_tooltip player_id="985667" first="Wyatt" last="Nausadis"] (2023, PG, Traverse City St. Francis)

Nausadis is an elite prospect statewide and might end up one of the best ever from Traverse City. He can score and handle well enough to bring home a district title, and maybe more.

[player_tooltip player_id="864021" first="Quinn" last="Zickert"] (2022, CG, Benzie Central)

Zickert is an underrated talent that is very efficient offensively and a better passer than most might realize. Big games by Zickert could make the way for a district title.
