<p>With the high school season in the final stretch, it’s time to look ahead to next season. Here we look at incoming freshman that you should know in eastern Massachusetts.</p>
<p><b>Omer Rabbi, Newton South Position G</b></p>
<p>Omer is a lefty guard, who is a high energy player, with a strong competitive drive. He can shoot well, and also finish at the basket with both hands. Omer is a player you will see in the coming years make a difference for Newton South.</p>
<p><b>Luke Washek, Newton North, Position G/F,</b></p>
<p>Luke is a playmaker. He is a scorer, who can impact the game in many ways. Luke can shoot well, and score in multiple ways. Luke is a player who should be another impact player for the Newton North tigers in the years to come. </p>
<p><b>Matteo Lee Newton South, Position F</b></p>
<p>Matteo is a forward but has versatile skill set. He has guard skills, and can be a slasher. He has strong finishing skills, and has good length. Matteo has finished up a strong middle school season, and should be ready for the high school level. <br />

<b>Jake Lyons, Newton North, Position G</b></p>
<p>Jake is a crafty guard. He is not the biggest player on the court, but he makes up for it with his quick first step off the dribble, and his skills. He handles the ball well, and dribbles the ball low, making it hard to steal. Jake is a pass first guard, and has shown the ability to scorer over bigger defenders. <br />

<b>Jake Zschau, Manchester, Position G</b></p>
<p>Jake is a slasher, who should be an impact player at the high school level. Jake finishes well through contact, and is strong with the ball. He can shoot off the catch, and off the dribble. Jake should have a big grassroots season this spring. </p>
