Class of 2024 Stock Risers
<p>The class of 2024 showed out this past season and also put on display many of the reasons as to why they may be one of the strongest classes to come out of Idaho in recent years. A number of players made really big leaps this year thanks to the opportunity that comes along with more significant minutes and trust from their coaches. I expect to see great things from the class of 2024 and many of these players will go on to have great collegiate careers as well. Continue reading for a look at some of the top stock risers from the class of 2024 rankings update.</p>
<p><strong>#1 Julian Bowie, Pocatello:</strong> Julian had a spectacular season and even picked up an early offer from Utah State during the process. Julian has a great pull-up jumper that he uses thanks to his ability to elevate over the top of smaller defenders. Bowie is a great finisher at the rim and often finishes with lots of power. Perhaps most impressive however, is Julian’s ability to be really efficient and keep his teammates involved as well.</p>
<p><strong>#6 [player_tooltip player_id="1171624" first="Reed" last="Whatcott"], Kellogg:</strong> Reed made some great improvement this season as he was able to expand his role and really help Kellogg reach some great heights as a team. Reed has a great feeling for the game and plays with the mentality of a veteran whenever he is on the court.</p>
<p><strong>#10 Ike Sutton, Madison:</strong> Ike landed himself in the top 10 after being unranked during the previous update. Ike had a great season and he was able to help Madison achieve a lot of success by being a go-to option on offense whenever Madison needed a bucket. Ike has a lot of offensive skills in his bag of tricks and a lot of potential as a result.</p>
<p><strong>#16 [player_tooltip player_id="1171714" first="Aiden" last="Tackett"], Twin Falls:</strong> Aiden put together a really strong sophomore season and was able to improve his ranking this time around thanks to his ability help facilitate the Twin Falls offense. With Aiden on the court, Twin Falls made really big swings and they were able to increase their leads, or close the deficit, thanks to Aiden’s offensive output and knowledge of the game.</p>
