Per All-Met Sports, [player_tooltip player_id="815623" first="Kyle" last="Honore"] is the top scorer in the DC Metro Area at over 22 points per game. Here is a breakdown of Kyle and some of the others listed at the top of the leaderboard.

[player_tooltip player_id="815623" first="Kyle" last="Honore"] | guard | Potomac (VA)

Scoring average: 22.1

Honore has hit 29 threes so far this year, tied for fourth in the area. While the three point shot remains a primary weapon, you'll see in this highlight that Honore is effective at scoring from all three levels.

Sam Whitehead | guard | Stone Bridge (VA)

Scoring average: 21.6

Whiteheads 24 made threes ranks him tied for eighth in the area. But he's also tied for ninth with 70 made twos. Whitehead's craftiness in the lane combined with his outside shooting touch makes him a tough cover.

[player_tooltip player_id="1362723" first="Ben" last="Bradford"] | guard | Gaithersburg (MD)

Scoring average: 20.1

Bradford is tied for seventh in the area with 25 made threes. But he's also tied for 12th with 62 made twos. As you can see in this highlight, the 6-foot-3 guard is a threat from almost anywhere on the court.

Mike Montano | guard | Edison (VA)

Scoring average: 19.4

Montano leads the area with 112 made twos. He leads in this category by a wide margin. The next closest player is actually his teammate, Nader Chirchi who has 96 made twos. Montano shoots with his left hand, but scores with his right hand around the basket. At 6-foot-5, he is notorious for getting tip-ins and layups based on his movement.

[player_tooltip player_id="837921" first="Devin" last="Dinkins"] | guard | Gonzaga (DC)

Scoring average: 18.1

Dinkins has 31 made threes, tied for third in the area. But he's also top-20 in the area with 49 made twos. Evidence that Dinkins knows how to attack closeouts and mix it up from the in-between areas.

[player_tooltip player_id="962815" first="Charlie" last="Jackson"] | forward | Episcopal (VA)

Scoring average: 17.5

The evidence suggests that Jackson is a well-balanced scorer. He is tied for fifth in the area with 78 made twos and tied for seventh with 25 made threes. Jackson's overall production from the summer has translated nicely into his senior campaign.

[player_tooltip player_id="1280965" first="Tre" last="Stott"] | guard | Churchill (MD)

Scoring average: 17.4

Stott is top-20 in the area in both made twos and threes. The 6-foot-3 lefty is known for finishing above the rim in traffic, but he can also be deadly from behind the arc either off the dribble or spotting up.

[player_tooltip player_id="829400" first="CJ" last="Lee"] | guard | Northwest (MD)

Scoring average: 16.8

Lee ranks tied for 15th in the area with 16 made threes. He is also outside of the top-20 with 46 made twos. This suggests that much of his scoring output comes from the free-throw line. Lee is known for his ability to get downhill and attack the basket. A high free throw rate would seem reasonable based on his playing style.
