Here are some more good role players that I have seen from AIA playoff teams.

[player_tooltip player_id="706698" first="Reed" last="Shuey"] Gilbert

The big man quietly holds it down in the paint for the Tigers. Reed is a smart player and knows how to use his body on offense and defense. He will need to maintain his steady play if Gilbert is to make a deep run in the playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id="973814" first="Abe" last="Rangel"] Centennial

The point man for one of the favorites in 5A has great instincts and sees the floor very well. He makes everyone around him better, and with the weapons Centennial has, it should be a very successful post season for the Coyotes.

[player_tooltip player_id="936759" first="Mason" last="Knollmiller"] Highland

An athletic wing has had stretches during the season where he is the best player on the court. If he’s hitting shots this postseason the Hawks will surprise some people.

[player_tooltip player_id="1334763" first="Calvin" last="Windley"] Peoria

The athletic lefty will need to continue to play at a high level while opponents focus on Camacho. He has shown that he is a capable scorer and a good defender all season.

Mike Orr PF 6’5 2022 Boulder Creek

The senior forward has been a constant for Boulder Creek all season. He is a good rebounder and if you jump with him you might end up on a One Shining Moment highlight reel of the playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id="1216728" first="Daimon" last="Denning"] Hamilton

This Swiss Army knife has been a key piece for the Huskies the last few seasons. He will need to continue his all around play heading into the playoffs. Daimon is the best passer on the team and is a good shooter who plays with energy.

[player_tooltip player_id="1120889" first="Torin" last="Bosch"] Basha

Torin is a very important piece for the success of Basha heading into the playoffs. He’s one of those players that you might not notice during the game but when checking the stat sheet after you’ll wonder how he did what he did.

[player_tooltip player_id="973826" first="Rafe" last="Canale"] Sunrise Mountain (Featured image)

A shooter with a quick release and tight handle is one to keep an eye on going into the playoffs. Rafe can fill it up in a hurry and is a good rebounder for his position.
