Cream of the Crop Prospects 2022

<p>Many times prospects get a bad evaluation because their team isn’t winning or they aren’t scoring 50 points a game. Every prospect is different and they are playing in different systems when they are with their high school teams. Points do not always equate to being the highest recruited athlete just like not scoring a lot can still get you to a school at the next level. This is a batch of players that are the best of the best in the state. </p> <p><strong>PG [player_tooltip player_id="934473" first="Rex" last="Sunderland"] || Davis High School || </strong></p> <p>Rex gas shown day in and day out that he is one of the best PG’s in the state. He is a two way player that gets it done at a high level on both ends of the floor. Rex has a vastly improved three-point shot to go along with a killer mid-range and a layup package that can rival anyone in the West. With that said Rex is starting to turn those active hands and steals into some breakaway dunks. Rex is  a D1 prospect that elevates his game against the best. </p> <p><strong>CG [player_tooltip player_id="934472" first="Collin" last="Chandler"] || Farmington High School || </strong></p> <p>With a few losses under his belt in high school you can see the fire and how much he wants to compete. He is seeing a lot of different looks from different teams and it doesn’t take him too long to figure out what he needs to do to be effective. Collin has found different ways to score and be effective for his team. He continues to make the right play and read. When he is out on the break it is always a sight to see his athleticism. </p> <p><strong>SG [player_tooltip player_id="1129639" first="Roddy" last="Gayle"] || Wasatch Academy ||</strong></p> <p>Don’t let the position fool you because Rody is a dog on both ends of the floor and he’s got bounce. His style of play is build for the next level and he is attacking the rim off of bad close-outs and making defenders pay. He’s go the type of game that could put him in a good position to see the floor as an incoming freshman. </p> <p><strong>C [player_tooltip player_id="935804" first="Keba" last="Keita"] || Wasatch Academy || </strong></p> <p>This kid is an absolute monster on the blocks. Keba has a lot fo energy and he runs to the rim with a purpose on both ends. He is either going to get a dunk or a block. Really takes protecting the paint seriously. </p> <p><strong>W [player_tooltip player_id="711697" first="Chris" last="Bunch"] || Wasatch Academy ||</strong></p> <p>I think sometimes people forget the talent that Wasatch Academy has because most of their games are away from Utah. [player_tooltip player_id="711697" first="Chris" last="Bunch"] is a premier wing with skills that will allow him to dribble up the floor and get the offense going or provide shooting from the wings. He attacks the rim with force and he is not afraid to challenge anyone at the rim. Syracuse is going to get major use of him next year. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
