The poll is listed below underneath all of our candidates and their brief statistical outputs and results. Please spread the word and get out in vote!

- Howard Johnson Howard Johnson 6'0" | SG Junction City | 2022 State KS , 6’1, 2022, Junction City: Riding a really hot summer, the Centennial League player of the year candidate is on a roll for the 1 loss Blue Jays averaging 19 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 assists per game on 49% shooting and over 40% from 3.
- Kobe Smith Kobe Smith 6'1" | CG Andover Central | 2023 State KS , 6’1, 2023, Andover Central: The electric scoring guard has been on a tear for one of the top ranked teams in Kansas this season. Averaging 20.1 points, 1.4 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.1 steals per game. Dominant 3 level scorer.
- Britton Dutton Britton Dutton 6'0" | SG Argo Comm | 2023 State KS , 6’3, 2023, Ellinwood: One of the leading scorers in all of Kansas and shoots it at a high level and can be a phenomenal play maker. Averaging 27 points per game on 60% shooting from the field as a guard is really impressive. Averaging over 3 assists and 5 rebounds per game.
- Dameion Hatten Dameion Hatten 6'3" | CG Sedan | 2022 State KS , 6’3, 2022, Sedan: A strong and athletic guard who’s leading a really solid Sedan team who’s averaging a double double at 21 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game.
- Eli Shetlar Eli Shetlar 6'4" | SG Andover | 2023 State KS , 6’5, 2023, Andover: The elite shooter has developed into a terrific all around guard with great length. Averaging 18.4 points, 2.5 assists, and 7.3 rebounds per game and shooting 51% from 3.
- Te’Jon McDaniel Te’Jon McDaniel 6'4" | SF Salina South | 2023 KS , 6’3, 2023, Salina South: McDaniel has helped lead the charge for a scrappy and competitve South team with a ton of big wins already. Has got it done from all areas of the court and is playing at a high level averaging 17 points, 1 assist, and 6 rebounds per game.
- Brennon Dodge, 6’1, 2024, Shawnee Heights: Dodge looks to be filing in line to become another great Shawnee Heights guard. Coming on strong out the gates, Dodge can fill it up, averaging 17.3 points, 2 assists, 2 rebounds, and 2 steals per game.
- Kyle Grill Kyle Grill 6'4" | CG Maize | 2022 State KS , 6’5, 2022, Maize: The stat stuffing leader of the defending state champs is playing at a really high level once again influencing the game in every way. Averaging 16 points, 3.1 assists, 4.6 rebounds, and 2 steals per game.
- Keeon Hutton Keeon Hutton 6'3" | SG Sioux City West | 2022 KS , 6’3, 2022, Wichita Northwest: A strong and athletic guard who is pacing a 7-1 Northwest team. Really rebounds it well to compliment his scoring. Averaging 14 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.
- Kaeson Fisher-Brown Kaeson Fisher-Brown 6'2" | CG Derby | 2023 KS , 6’2, 2023, Derby: A wizard off the bounce and can defend tough on the perimeter. Can fill it up in a hurry from multiple levels. Averaging 13.1 points, 1 assist, 2 rebounds, and 2 steals per game.
- Isaiah Atwater Isaiah Atwater 5'8" | PG Maize South | 2023 State KS , 5’11, 2023, Maize South: A dynamic playmaker for himself and for others, helping pace a 4-3 Maize South team who is young and dangerous. Averaging 13 points and 5 assists per game.
- Zaid Dajani Zaid Dajani 6'4" | CG Olathe Northwest | 2022 State KS , 6’4, 2022, Olathe Northwest: One of the premier scorers in Kansas at all levels especially in terms of lighting it up with efficiency. The future Ichabod guard and Direnna Watchlist member is averaging over 25 points per game from the field which is good for top 5 in scoring in the state.
- Kernan Bundy Kernan Bundy 6'3" | SG Blue Valley North | 2022 State KS , 6’3, 2022, Blue Valley North: One of the top two way guards in Kansas as an all around threat on offense and a lock down defender. Averaging 16.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and a steal per game.
- Zaxton King, 6’2, 2024, Lawrence: Very likely one of the top 2024 players when we update our rankings later on, King is as dynamic as they come and is tapped in to follow in the footsteps of a long line of previous great Lawrence guards. Averaging 21.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2 assists per game.
- Jaron Briggs Jaron Briggs 6'4" | CG Piper | 2022 State KS Jr, 6’4, 2022, Piper (Pictured): Another terrific two way guard who plays with a tremendous motor and impacts the game with his athleticism on both ends big time. Averaging 19.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game.
- Juan’Tario Roberts Juan’Tario Roberts 5'10" | CG Highland Park | 2022 State KS , 6’2, 2022, Highland Park: HP has started off hot, with only one loss in the season so far that saw Roberts go down swinging with a 30+ point effort. The premier scoring threat at 23 points per game is also averaging 4 assists per game.
- Ty Henry Ty Henry 6'3" | SG Seaman | 2022 State KS , 6’4, 2022, Seaman: The Vikings are off to a solid start with only 2 losses to some of the top teams on their schedule. Vikings have a 3 headed attack in the back court and Henry is helping lead that charge at over 18 points per game. Great length and can shoot the ball off the bounce and catch.
