Duft is a compact lead guard that can change speeds and he has some wiggle. Really like him as a distributing PG that plays the right way and unselfish. He is a player that might be in the mix when it comes to top assist guys.

Team Utah is loaded with attacking guards and play makers but Duft is the player getting them into their offense and he is playing very well. He is a player that gets better with time and he could be a solid PG that can come in and run an offense and the kid is tough as nails and defends.

Easton brings some really good high IQ basketball to the team. He is a calming presence out there on the floor. He knows when to push the tempo and when to scale back when needed. He can get in the lane a create and he is a good shot maker. He is going to have a lot of confidence heading into the high school season after running with this confident bunch.

Duft had 18 points in a tough loss to Layton but you could see how much his game has improved since the beginning of the year and his ability to hit from deep really helps him run that pick n’ roll becaus ehe can make defenders pay if the go under or play that drop coverage bad. He continues to dish the ball out well to really compliment his game as a lead guard.

The kid does not complain, he doesn’t get on social media and complains, he just hoops. Easton could really step up and fill a big role early for his Fremont squad as they will look for him to pick up some of the scoring and the creating as well. He is quick and can get in that lane and make life miserable for the defense and life a lot easier for his bigs and shooters. Never underestimate Fremont as they have kids in the pipeline ready to roll and Easton is one of them. Easton could make his way up 6-8 spots in the rankings.
