Fife showed off his savvy as one of the biggest movers in the 2025 rankings as he moves into the Top 40. He’s a prospect headed to Northern Michigan with a bright future after dropping 42 points on the road against Garner High to send Sanderson to the NCHSAA 4A East Region Finals. He went 12-of-15 from the floor, 7-of-8 from deep and 11-of-13 from the free throw line in making his mark for the Spartans and showcasing his ability to score with efficiency. He’s a long-term prospect to keep eyes on given the transfer portal landscape and the future success it brings.

It’s always nice to see a hometown prospect finally get the recognition he deserves, even if he goes to Sanderson High School in Raleigh, N.C. All jokes aside,

is a three-level scorer who knows how to create space and make plays. What he lacks in natural athleticism he makes up with toughness and poise. Fife is an elite three-point shooter who’s high release allows him to get up contested shots and knock them down. He’s a tough driver who can finish through contact or create plays for his teammates. I’d like to see Fife take his game to the next level by becoming more of a defensive problem for opposing guards. With many young prospects at his position, there is room to grow in that regard. Luckily for him, he’s joining a program whose identity is being a gritty defensive team.

is a name to keep an eye on in the Triangle this high school season and throughout his entire four years at Northern Michigan. I’m excited to see the type of player he develops into during his time in the Great Lakes.

Fife is off to another stronger start for Sanderson High to start the 2024-25 season. The Northern Michigan commit is putting up 23.4 points per game while still dishing out 6.0 assists per contest as Sanderson High is 5-1 on the season heading into another week of the 2024-25. He remains a top guard prospect in the area to get eyes on given his leadership on the hardwood.

Fife moves into the 62nd spot in the latest rankings update following another impressive season leading the Sanderson High backcourt. He put up 21.0 PPG, 5.0 APG, 3.2 RPG and 2.1 SPG while shooting 44 percent from the floor and 35 percent from 3-point land as the Spartans made a nice run in the NCHSAA State Playoffs. He’s a strong decision-maker at the point guard spot in the class to catch eyes with with SW15H Elite this grassroots cycle.
