2021 San Antonio Spurs Showcase Seniors Wings

<p>These are my in-depth scouting reports on the seniors who stood out at the first annual San Antonio Spurs High School Showcase. He played well against bigs and showed an ability to move his feet and defend guards on the perimeter as well. I was very impressed at his ball control and ability to dictate the flow of the game with a live dribble. He is a force when attacking downhill and can pass out and create looks for his teammates when the defense collapses on him. He is a beast in the full court and routinely got buckets after grabbing a defensive rebound and beating the opposing team down the floor. His ability to rebounds on both ends of the floor stood out as well, he uses his size and athleticism to box out defenders and sky for rebounds. Nathaniel was voted to the All-Showcase Team at the 2021 San Antonio Spurs High School Showcase.</p> <p>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUDb3QbH7gs</p> <p>Xavier Boisley 2022 6’3 Brennan High School</p> <p>Xavier is an intelligent wing who always seems to make the right reads and passes every time down the floor. He is a sniper from the corners and wings and is not afraid to shoot in transition. His ability to knock down three pointers and attack the basket really helped his team succeed. He is a good on ball defender and using his size and athleticism. to defend guards and wings. He is great at using his leaping ability to explode to the rim and finish with ease.</p> <p>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkR8sst0qs8</p> <p>Michael Ferguson 2022 6’5 Warren High School</p> <p>Michael is a lanky wing who really moves well for his size. On offense he is patient and can score from the mid-range and attack the basket. He is a great cutter and knows when to cut behind his defenders who turn their back on him. I would like to see him become more efficient when attacking the rim and working on his shot from the outside.</p> <p>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhxk6_gaIbo</p> <p>Caden White 2022 6’3 Bellaire High School</p> <p>Caden is a smooth wing with an ability to affect the game from the mid-range and beyond the arc. He is a reliable shooter in the. corners and along the wings and is confident and can get to a one to two dribble pull up. He is great at using his body to seal off defenders when going downhill and can finish with ease around the rim. I was impressed by his ability to go coast to coast, especially after a steal by nabbing a pass in the passing lanes.</p> <p>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tP2IW1gYWQY</p>
