<p>Here are some of the players who we feel are the top talents in Suffolk County on Long Island. No particular order.</p>

<p>Does a really good job on the boards in traffic. Can score the ball with either hand inside. Consistently knocks down open threes. Has a deceptive handle getting to the rim.</p>

<p>Has a tremendous point guard skill set. Excellent handle with great vision. Equally good in the half-court or on the break. Extremely quick getting into the lane. Tough player to keep in front. A scorer of the ball either from deep range or driving it. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1047336" first="Nick" last="Watts"]. 6”8. 2022. Northport HS</strong></p>
<p>Knows the importance of gaining good post position. Has a right handed jump hook over the left shoulder that if he gets position is hard to stop. Seals his man on entry passes and scores the ball. Very good passer out of the post.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1203952" first="Malachi" last="Moore"]. 6”2. 2022. Copiague HS</strong></p>
<p>Very versatile player. Can guard multiple position. Rebounds the ball well for his size and can lead the break off the boards. Sees the floor really well and scores the ball in a variety of ways. High basketball IQ.</p>
<p><strong>Jack Baron. 6”1. 2022. Bayport Blue Point HS</strong></p>
<p>A lights out shooter. Has unlimited range. Very crafty with the ball in his hands. High skill set. Can play the 1 or the 2.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1136572" first="Xavier" last="Lewis"]. 5”9. 2022 Half Hollow Hills East HS</strong></p>
<p>Extremely quick. Explosive first step. Scores at all three levels. Can take over games scoring in bunches. Gets into the lane and scores with a lethal floater.</p>
<p><strong>Zatai Townsend. 6”0. 2022. Brentwood HS</strong></p>
<p>High skill set. Uses his physicality to get to the rim. He is at his best in attack mode. Great vision finding the open man. A very consistent shooter of the ball.</p>
<p><strong>Macai John. 6”3. 2022. Hauppauge HS</strong></p>
<p>Can flat out score the ball. Huge upside. A defensive presence. Rebounding machine who also alters and blocks shots. Will have a major impact in Suffolk county this season.</p>
