Player Rankings C/O 2022: Sleepers

<p>The rankings are out! The updated PrepHoops New Mexico C/O 2022 rankings have been released. These are our most extensive rankings to date with 73 players making the list. The class features several little-known potential prospects. In this article, we take a look at the top Sleepers from the class. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1076676" first="Diego" last="Sharp"] <em>6’2 SG ABC Prep (#10)</em> <em>(featured image)</em> - Perhaps the top R&amp;J athlete in the state. Sharp has the ability to impact the game on the defensive end, and his ability to rebound his position makes him an intriguing prospect. Sharp, the transfer from ABC Prep will be suiting up for Cleveland this season. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1269611" first="Adadrian" last="Jackson"] <em>5’9 CG Socorro (#11)</em> - Jackson may be one of the most natural scorers in the state. He’s coming off a season averaging nearly 14ppg for the Warriors. His unique ability to get buckets is what makes him such an attractive prospect. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1076693" first="Joren" last="Mirabal"] <em>6’2 SG Magdelna (#9)</em> - Mirabal is one of the top scorers in the state. He finished last season with a whopping 28ppg for a team that went undefeated. The sharpshooter possesses one of the most valuable skills in basketball. He shot over 50% from behind the arc last season, making him one of the state’s top snipers as well. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1076695" first="Aaron" last="Mora"] <em>6’6 PF Hobbs (#24)</em> - The big man from Hobbs may be an undervalued prospect. He showed his worth last season with several monster performances. Mora went for 3 double-doubles on the year, including a 21 - 10 effort against Roswell. His rebounding and interior scoring are valuable and make him one of the state’s top sleepers. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1285510" first="Lane" last="Clavel"] <em>6’1 SF Roy Mosquero (#49)</em> - Clavel is a unique two-sport athlete that put together huge numbers for RM last season. The versatile wing led the squad in points and rebounds averaging nearly a double-double every night out.
