<p>Prep Hoops Missouri just released its updated rankings for the Class of 2023. With the expanded list of players in the updated rankings, there are several talented newcomers who are now on the list. Here is a second look at some of those newcomers who made it to the Class of 2023 rankings list.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1269935" first="Christian" last="Hughes"] 6’1" Kirkwood: An athletic combo guard who had an excellent summer with the Gateway-Knights. He attacks the basket well and can be explosive at the rim. He can also hit perimeter jumpers with good elevation on his shot.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1269937" first="James" last="Lee"] 5’10" Father Tolton: A talented scoring point guard who can get buckets in a variety of ways. He can create well off the dribble for his jumper or use his quickness to penetrate in the lane or in the open court.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1269959" first="Trae" last="Oetting"] 6’0" Kickapoo: A solidly built guard with good ball handling ability and excellent 3-point shooting range. He’s a strong shooter off the catch and can also get his shoot off the dribble. He was very good for the ShoMe Assault during the summer.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1269938" first="Alex" last="Gunnels"] 5’10" North Kansas City: A talented young point guard with excellent quickness and the ability to get buckets. He had an impressive summer playing for Mentality by Michael Watson 16Us. He can impact a game at both ends of the court with his speed.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1269950" first="Ben" last="Linnemeyer"] 6’5" Rock Bridge: A young wing player who has ideal size and an excellent stroke from 3-point range. He had a strong summer with the MPJ Elite 16U squad.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1269946" first="Chardavian" last="Bradley"] 6’5" Platte County: One of the state’s top-rated football prospects in the class is also an explosive power forward on the basketball court. He’s very active on the boards and he runs the court well. He also throws down some entertaining dunks.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1269951" first="Cole" last="Heller"] 6’5" Jefferson City: A solid power forward who had a very productive summer with the Mid Mo Elite 16U squad. He is strong in the post offensively as a scorer and passer. He can also step out and hit the short jumper. </p>
