Jessie Mitchell Jessie Mitchell 6'4" | SG Grace Christian (Sanford) | 2022 State NC | Grace Christian (Sanford)
from No. 118 to No. 79
Mitchell is a confident guard that can operate at their spot with his ability to knock down shots on all three levels and get to his spots off the bounce and finish in traffic. He’s an underrated name at 6-foot-4 with nice size and a solid frame that allows him to make an impact on both ends. Look for him to have a strong year at Grace Christian in Sanford in 2021-22.
Hamilton Campbell Hamilton Campbell 6'0" | PG Moravian Prep | 2022 NC | Moravian Prep
from No. 180 to No. 83
Campbell is an emerging floor general that’s really refined his game over the past few months. He’s gotten a lot more comfortable shooting the ball on the perimeter while maintaining his ability to handle and make plays off the bounce. He’s a high-level passer that continues to get stronger and improve in the 2023 class.
Ned Hull Ned Hull 6'2" | PG Charlotte Latin | 2023 State NC | Charlotte Latin School
from No. 99 to No. 84
Hull continues to climb up the 2023 rankings after a strong grassroots season with PSB Elite. He’s got a ton of confidence with the ball in his hands creating shot opportunities on the perimeter and does well to find others in spots for easy scores. As he shows his presence on the defensive, look for teams to jump on him in recruitment.
Josiah Watkins Josiah Watkins 6'3" | PG Piedmont Classical | 2023 State NC | Burlington Christian Academy
from No. 114 to No. 89
Watkins finds himself in the Top 100 heading into his junior season at Burlington Christian Academy. He’s a long, wiry floor general at 6-foot-3 that doesn’t take plays off and makes things happen at the lead guard spot with his ability to knock down shots and pass the ball under pressure. He’s got the potential to have a very good year in 2021-22.
Jordan Marsh Jordan Marsh 5'10" | PG Moravian Prep | 2023 GA | Oak Hill Academy (VA)
from No. 182 to No. 98
Marsh is the latest name from the state to go the national prep route and join the Oak Hill Academy rotation. He’s certainly got the potential to make a splash in the rotation given his high IQ on both ends of the floor and quickness with the ball in his hands. He’ll be one to watch along with Jeremy Gregory Jeremy Gregory 6'8" | PF Oak Hill Academy | 2022 State NC and Caleb Foster, who are also on their roster from the state of North Carolina.
