Lately the White County teams ended dreams, ended seasons, ended careers. [player_tooltip player_id="537260" first="Grant" last="Slatten"] set a program record for points and do not forget the postseason runs the troops mustered. Can they manage to keep that playoff success by pummeling the opponents?

Almost the entire THS roster is filled with dual-sport athletes. Tomlin focuses hard on baseball and Grizzard trains for football as does [player_tooltip player_id="1296662" first="Krys" last="Uselton"] and Ryan Scott. Scott is a top quarterback and Uselton runs routes with pristine precision. Expect this team to be backcourt heavy in 2021-2022.

[player_tooltip player_id="1296662" first="Krys" last="Uselton"], Joe Duncan and Ryan Scott were named to the District 8-AAA All-Tournament Team with Uselton pulling down the Tournament MVP.

"They are both junior point guards." Capps played the three-spot. Dylan Whittenburg and [player_tooltip player_id="1345233" first="Conner" last="Bowman"] were the "bigs" in name and game only. According to Capps the program features small lineups.

"We got a transfer from York [player_tooltip player_id="1336421" first="Bryson" last="Bilbrey"], who is a sophomore he is a 6’3 post player. And Preston Mayberry is a sophomore back up point guard. Jayden Eldridge is a post, who is about 6’2 that comes off the bench."

Analysis:
Spring Hill is coming off a terrible season (2-15, 0-13), but they bring back a strong, strong backcourt in Brashear and Simmons. Add to that the competition should be much softer without Franklin, Brentwood, Centennial beating them up.

Nobody lost a larger portion of their program than Livingston Academy. [player_tooltip player_id="775542" first="Matthew" last="Sells"] was an enormous producer for four straight seasons.

White County losing [player_tooltip player_id="537260" first="Grant" last="Slatten"] hurts nearly as much, but the program returns a strong ’23 class.
