Class of 2023 Rankings Overview

The first day of September saw the latest Prep Hoops Louisiana rankings for the class of 2023 being released. While this class was thought to be top heavy in recent months, the talent in this class is beginning to surface. There are definitely some studs in this class and some that have the potential to be very good players who bloom late. In this overview, we will hit a little bit of it all as we review the rankings from the 2023 class. He is followed by [player_tooltip player_id="1055172" first="Corey" last="Chest"] used the Prep Hoops and EYBL live period to have a coming out party. [player_tooltip player_id="970133" first="Tyler" last="Ringgold"] of Southern Lab comes in at #3 following his stellar play at the Northwestern State elite camp. His play at the Mal Mundy Statement Session helped facilitate that move. Brandon Rodgers remained at number six while the top point guard in the class, [player_tooltip player_id="1130920" first="Canin" last="Jefferson"], moved into the seventh position.
