Pharaoh Lassiter | 6’3 Guard | Big Shots Elite Virginia
Lassiter ended the July Live Period with a bang in the Slam Divison at Big Shots Virginia Live. He showed off his ability to score it from all three levels and coexisted in the backcourt with Xavier Brown Xavier Brown 6'2" | PG Oak Hill Academy | 2023 VA . He put up 26.5 ppg while showing off his consistency scoring the basketball. He’ll be one to watch this upcoming season at DME Academy.
Trayvon Gray | 6’5 Forward/Wing | Virginia Venom – Sawyers
Gray was another top performer in the SLAM Division with Virginia Venom – Sawyers as he put up 25.3 ppg across four contests including 30 points against Assist 17s in a 67-56 victory going away. He’s a slasher that takes what the defense gives him and puts constant pressure on rim protectors to challenge him in the paint.
Kendon Peebles Kendon Peebles 6'4" | SF Catholic | 2022 State VA | 6’4 Guard/Wing | Team Push Claiborne
Peebles seemed to get better as the weekend went on for Team Push Claiborne as he made waves on both ends of the floor. He produced 16.8 ppg with his best game coming at the end with 21 points in a 77-75 victory over Virginia Venom to close things out. He showed off his ability to create turnovers and finish with ease on the break. Colleges are starting to take notice.
Jaren Purvis | 6’6 Forward/Center | Team Loaded CVA
Purvis is a sleeper prospect in Virginia’s 2022 class with good size, mobility and finish ability around the paint and inside the 3-point arc. He showed off his ability to clean up the glass and be an option in the pick-and-roll game with 13.3 ppg on the weekend for Team Loaded CVA. He’s one to keep an eye on in the 2022 class at Nelson County High.
Ryan Reasbeck Ryan Reasbeck 6'3" | SG Wheeling Central Catholic | 2022 State WV | 6’3 Shooting Guard | Big Shots Elite WV
Reasbeck continues to show his consistency scoring the ball off the bounce and off the catch from all three levels. His scoring was on full display at Big Shots Virginai Live as he put up 18.7 ppg incxluding 22 points in a 65-60 comeback victory against Higher Premier in Pool Play on Day II. He’s an emerging name to know in the 2022 class.
Jacob Cooper Jacob Cooper 5'9" | PG Green Run | 2021 State VA | 5’9 Point Guard | Team Loaded 804
Cooper showed off his ability to be an effective floor general with his ability to distribute to his scorers on the wing while still maintaining his poise as a scorer himself. He averaged 16.7 ppg while showing off his speed and high IQ as a playmaker. He put up 23 points against North Florida United to power the offense against a tough opponent. He’s one to keep an eye given his upside as a two-way threat.
