PH was in the gym at Los Pasitos JC in Livermore California. The Hoop Circuit NorCal Summer Regional event had over 70 teams in three age groups. Here’s more of the 2022 prospects who caught our eye at this event.

[player_tooltip player_id="766846" first="Julian" last="Naibose"] 6’4 W of NorCal Pharaohs 2022 (Oakmont HS) 2022

He’s a long slender player who’s capable of defending multiple positions. He has good movement on defense and gets deflections with his length taking up the passing lanes. He can get to the bucket slicing his way through for buckets. Once in the paint he can shoot over taller defenders. He's an okay rebounder, and he'll fill the lane.

Te And Indalecio 6'0 PG of NorCal Pharaohs 2022 (Inderkum HS) 2022

He can score, and run the teams offense. He has good handles, and a quality jumper along the mid-range and 3pt areas. He's hard to stay in front when he's going forward. He's got a nice cross over in open court to go by defenders. His quickness on defense allows him to stay on the ball.

Charlie Treene 6'8 F of NBBA 17U Gray (Redwood HS) 2022

Treene has an improving skill set. He'll need to bulk up a bit, but he can be a nice inside and out player. His consistency from the 3pt line isn't quite there yet, but he has good form, and will shoot it when he's open. He has good length to alter shots, and will help on the boards. He's a good passer and takes long strides up the court. A late bloomer?

Josiah Morris 6'3 G of Off The Dribble (OTD) 2022

We've seen Morris once before. He's athletic, and has an improving skill set. He can contribute in other ways beside scoring. He's an active body on the court, filling the lanes, going after rebounds. He has the attitude and quickness to be a solid defender. He can guard multiple positions.

Brandon McGautha 6'1 PG of Rose City Ballers 17U Black (Monte Vista HS) 2022

We really liked the way McGautha handles himself on the court. He did a superb job of facilitating the offense. He has sneaky good handles, and vision, he found open teammates regularly, and he showed an ability to create off the dribble. He's a knock down 3pt shooter that will make the shots he takes.

Nick Graves 6'4 SG of Rose City Ballers 17U Black (Oakridge HS) 2022

Graves plays a good all around game. He's not super fast, but goes hard and always seems to get by his defender when he wants to. He has good strength and can handle the contact on the drive. He can handle it well enough to get to his spots for mid-range jumpers off the bounce. He'll make a good number of 3's that he shoots.

Antonio Pusateri 6'5 W of Team Speights Cali (Archbishop Riordan) 2022

Pusateri has good length, and is well suited for the up tempo game. He plays with good energy, and sprints up the court looking to get the ball going towards the basket. He had some good finishes around the rim scoring over taller players because of his length.

Aaron Okelley 6'5 F of Concord Eagles (Clayton Valley Charter HS) 2022

We liked the way Okelley gets after it on the defensive side of the ball. He's an alert, energetic defender. He's a good off ball defender who either bumped, or cut off players crossing the post area. He has good quickness sprinting, moving laterally, and back peddling in transition defense. He has a good face up drive move from the mid-post to score points. We'll see more of him.
