Courtland Simmons 5’11″ Fulton: The talented 2023 standout is a bullish point guard who can simply strongarm smaller guards on his drives to the basket or pull up to knock down 3-pointers. He displayed his excellent defensive prowess as he played the passing lanes and provided good pressure on the ball as well. He also has the ability to take over a game in the clutch situations.
A’justin Pearson A’justin Pearson 6'0" | PG Lincoln Prep | 2022 State MO 5’11″ Lincoln Prep: The 2022 combo guard was one of the best on-ball defenders in the camp. His motor was always running as he was playing the passing lanes, hustling for loose balls and getting on the boards from the guard position. He also had his share of coast to coast forays to the hoops for transition layups.
Peyton Gruver 6’1″ St. James: A 2023 guard who was very unselfish and he did a nice job fitting in with his teammates in the event. He rebounded well for a guard and he pushed the ball in transition whenever possible. He picked his spots to attack the basket and he scored.
Carter Marciniak 6’0″ Homeschool: A 2022 guard who plays with a high motor, yet still has a good feel for the game. The lefty was very assertive when it came to attacking the basket and making plays. He also displayed a solid stroke from 3-point range. If there was a hustle play to be made, he was more than happy to make it.
An’Davantae Bussey 6’4″ Hickman: A 2024 power forward who checks in at 225 pounds and he didn’t mind playing a physical game in the post.
