2022: Prospects Generating Buzz in the Class, Part II

<p>June has been a busy month on the recruiting trail for North Carolina’s 2022 class. Here’s a look at some names creating buzz in Part II.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="577850" first="Jeremy" last="Gregory"] - The offers are rolling in for Gregory now, who sits at No. 4 in the PrepHoops NC 2022 Rankings. He’s got offers from UNC-Greensboro, Western Carolina, Old Dominion and UNC-Wilmington. The talented big man is due for a big summer as more programs see what he can do on both ends in the paint and on the perimeter.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="848074" first="Chase" last="Lowe"] - Elon is surprisingly Lowe’s first offer from a college program. He was a catalyst in Weddington’s run to the 3A State crown this past high school season and returns looking to repeat the feat in 2021-22 with a strong supporting cast. He’s got breakout potential this summer and fall.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="787668" first="Davis" last="Molnar"] - Lehigh is the latest to offer the versatile forward prospect at 6-foot-6. He’s a prospect that does a number of things well (rebound, shoot the ball, defend multiple positions) to help pace his squad. He’s a 2022 player with a bright future ahead of him.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="577848" first="Elijah" last="Gray"] - UNC-Wilmington, East Tennessee State and Radford are the latest schools to offer Gray. He’s a versatile forward that continues to show his development as an inside-out threat. Look for his name to grow this summer with Team CP3.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="848076" first="Donovan" last="Atwell"] - Atwell has seen his recruitment pick back up since joining the Providence Day/Team CP3 ranks this spring/summer. He’s earned offers from Radford, UNC-Greensboro and East Tennessee State as he shows he’s an all-around playmaker on the wing at 6-foot-5. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="848082" first="Noah" last="Ross"] - Ross is another Trinity Academy of Raleigh product that’s drawing attention on the recruiting trail. He’s earned offers from Charleston Southern, Jacksonville, Mercer, Wofford, Western Carolina and UNC-Wilmington in the past two months. As he shows more colleges he has the ability to knock down shots off the bounce and off the catch while still being able to get to the rim, look for his name to grow.</p>
